Lost 2 lbs
Yay! I lost two pounds on my first week. Posting in my food/exercise journal has helped tremendously in keeping those calories in check. Reading your blogs and forum posts has also helped me a lot this week. Thanks to everyone for your encouragement and willingness to share your ups and downs on this site.
I have a nasty habit of sabatoging myself after a loss, so I’m really trying to stay focused this week and hope to lose another pound or two. Will report back after the next weigh in.
